Pii Anttila
(b.1984, Kurikka, Finland)
Lives and works in Helsinki, Finland

Ms. Pii Anttila, MA, graduated from Audiovisual Media Culture Department in Lapland University. Anttila has also a degree from Fine Arts, BA, from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, School of Art and Media in Finland. As an artist Pii Anttila has her focus on public media art projects and combined media art. She is researching power structures, citizenship, indifference of people, boundaries and eventualization.

Her artworks has been exhibited in: PS2, Project Space, Belfast, Northern-Ireland, Young Artist 2009 –exhibition in Helsinki Taidehalli, Kaunis Kansalainen, MediaPyhät, Gallery Rajatila, Tampere and Tampere Art Factory, Degree show of Fine Arts 2008 in TR1 Gallery, Tampere, Finland She is a member of Art Association Muu ry and the Art Association Rajataide ry. Anttila is the PR-person at art association Rajataide ry.
